Altru Stacy Marto Crime, Social Work, Weapons and Meth Grand Forks

Stacy Marto engaged in elderly abuse, harassing a family with two people in their late 80's. They followed Doctor's advice, they had Power of Attorney, and Henrietta West eats well. She has been out to Doctor appointments, the hairdresser, Cold Stone on her 87th Birthday, and these events are on video. Stacy Marto also brought up some irrelevant nonsense from 1996 and lied, claiming it was Doug West who made threats in relationship to the death of little Katie West. Katie West turned up suffocated to death in Robert McMillan's home. Robert McMillan made threats to kill Doug West. Doug West made no threats.

Robert McMillan has a history of threatening behavior and violence, including spousal and child abuse. According to Cindy McMillan, he is also predisposed to pedophilia, so Marto's false report is ridiculous. Robert McMillan made a threat to kill Doug West before Mr. West was even told about his daughter Katie. Police were called by Marto's facility to protect Mr. West. When Doug and Henrietta West arrived and Doug West was informed his daughter Katie was dead, he said he could not believe McMillan's had even let this happen and he was physically attacked.

Stacy Marto slipped through the Social Work cracks with lengthy criminal history, as her sister and both husbands have too. Prior to Marto's meth convictions, she also had concealed weapons convictions and multiple other crimes.
